Refund policy

Due to the personalised nature of our jewellery, custom and made-to-order pieces are generally not eligible for refund or exchange for change of mind.

Ready-to-wear items may be eligible for return subject to:

  • being unworn and in original condition,
  • return approval,
  • return within the specified return period.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are entitled to remedies for products that:

  • are faulty,
  • significantly differ from description,
  • are not of acceptable quality.

Warranty

We provide a manufacturing warranty covering faults arising from workmanship or manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover:

  • general wear and tear,
  • accidental damage,
  • misuse,
  • loss or theft,
  • improper care,
  • damage caused by third parties or unauthorised jewellers.

Natural characteristics in gemstones, including inclusions, are not considered faults.

Warranty claims are assessed at our discretion.


Jewellery Care

Jewellery should be handled with appropriate care.

We recommend removing jewellery during:

  • exercise,
  • heavy lifting,
  • swimming,
  • cleaning,
  • manual labour.

Prongs and settings naturally wear over time and should be inspected periodically.

Failure to properly maintain jewellery may void warranty coverage.
