Terms of service

We specialise in custom and made-to-order jewellery, including engagement rings, wedding bands, and fine jewellery pieces.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products:

  • Slight variations may occur between finished pieces and product imagery or renders.
  • Stone colours, inclusions, and metal finishes may vary naturally.
  • Measurements and carat weights may have minor tolerances.

All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Custom Orders

Custom and made-to-order pieces require customer approval before production begins.

By approving a design, CAD render, quote, or invoice, you acknowledge that:

  • all details have been reviewed carefully,
  • sizing, stone selections, and specifications are correct,
  • production may commence immediately after approval.
  • custom time frames are 4 - 6 weeks.

Once production has commenced, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of mind.

We reserve the right to decline custom projects at our discretion.

Ring Resizing

Certain rings may be eligible for resizing within a specified period after delivery.

Some designs cannot be resized due to:

  • stone settings,
  • band structure,
  • eternity styles,
  • metal limitations.

Customers are responsible for confirming accurate ring sizing prior to production.


Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in AUD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • modify pricing at any time,
  • correct pricing errors,
  • cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing.

Full payment or an agreed deposit may be required before production or shipping.

If instalment payments or payment plans are offered, failure to complete payments may result in cancellation of the order and forfeiture of deposits already paid.

Deposits

Deposits for custom jewellery are non-refundable once design work or production has commenced.

Deposits cover time spent on:

  • consultations,
  • sourcing gemstones,
  • CAD development,
  • production preparation.

Production Timeframes

Estimated production timeframes are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on:

  • design complexity,
  • gemstone sourcing,
  • production scheduling,
  • peak periods.

We are not liable for delays outside of our reasonable control, including shipping carrier delays or supplier delays.

Customers are encouraged to allow sufficient time for proposal dates, weddings, gifts, or special occasions.

Jewellery Care

Jewellery should be handled with appropriate care.

We recommend removing jewellery during:

  • exercise,
  • heavy lifting,
  • swimming,
  • cleaning,
  • manual labour.

Prongs and settings naturally wear over time and should be inspected periodically.

Failure to properly maintain jewellery may void warranty coverage.
